After a successful test last week in Barcelona, America's F1 potential, Alexander Rossi, joined World Series by Renault for the next round of post-season testing at the Motorland Aragon circuit in Spain. Rossi, with ISR Racing, continued clocking laps at the top of the leader board recording the fastest time on the second day of the Formula Renault 3.5 collective test with a 1:42.798.
Having run with the Czech team ISR in 2009 for the International Formula Masters Series, this year's Monaco Grand Prix and the Barcelona test, Rossi found the team to be a great fit once again in Aragon. Competing in the first two days of the three day test, Rossi's times were consistently in the top three whether running on old or new Michelin tires...

Hi Everyone.
Now that the GP3 season is over things are a little quieter but of course I'm really looking forward to finalizing my plans regarding winter testing ahead.
After Monza I returned to my house in Italy, which is on the coast, about 30 min from Pisa. I train twice a day with my physio Beppe, we really work well together and he has become a good friend. While I busy training, these weeks were quite different this time because my parents and my grandmother were all there and it was great to be able to hang out with them. My grandmother had never been here before, so I think she tried every type of gelato there is to try and my Dad had some fun when he decided to work out with my trainer and me for a few days. He had not...

Monza, Italy - September 14, 2010 - Monza weekend brought the ultra-competitive GP3 Championship season to a close. For America's Alexander Rossi, he celebrated 4th overall in driver's standings, two wins in Barcelona and Budapest and three podiums while assisting his team, ART Grand Prix with the inaugural GP3 Team Championship. These statistics continued to underline Rossi's potential and his pursuit to Formula 1.
"As a competitor and driver, my ambition is to win," said Rossi after Monza. "Of course I would have liked to win the Drivers's Championship, but you cannot have everything all the time. I have a lot to look forward to and many successes from this year to build from. Additionally, I take with me many other...

Hello Everyone, thanks for logging on.
Well, in Spa we overcame many setbacks with the engine and penalties to finish 2nd and secure ART GP3 team championship. It was a Mega end to a mostly frustrating weekend. I like Spa and love the rain, and glad I scored the only points for the team that weekend. I really think that if we had some luck, we'd have scored some big on Saturday, but that's not the way the dice fell.
From Spa, I made a quick trip to the ART factory in Paris to prepare for Monza this weekend. I stayed with my teammate, Pedro Nunes who lives there. We had a laugh trying to make a pizza, which resulted in us giving up and ordering in for Japanese. Pedro and I took my race engineer out for his birthday to one of the...

Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium - August 30, 2010 - Undaunted by the continually changing weather of this year's Belgium Grand Prix, GP3 driver Alexander Rossi, made his way back to the podium with a 2nd place finish on Sunday securing the team championship for ART Grand Prix.
"I like the wet and have a lot of confidence," commented Rossi. "I had a bit of adversity and bad luck to overcome this weekend, so it was good to have a clean run on Sunday, scoring enough points for the team to secure ART Team Championship. I will build on this as we head to the finale in Monza."
"Alexander ended the weekend on a high," said ART Grand Prix owner, Nicolas Todt. "After a difficult qualifying session and...

I looked forward to updating everyone on my August break in California.
The August break has come to an end and as I ready for this weekend's Belgium Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps, I wanted to give you an update on my recent time spent in California.
I was home in California almost 3 weeks. Wow, it was action packed and just flew by. I reconnected with friends, met an American motorsports legend, Dan Gurney, had some nice dinners with friends and sponsors, trained with my home physio, and attended Infineon Raceway for Indy Car practice, just to name a few things.
However, the highlight of my month was meeting Dan Gurney and having the opportunity to attend his tribute and reunion at Laguna Seca during the classic Monterrey...

Monterey, California, August 20, 2010 - ART Grand Prix driver and double GP3 winner, Alexander Rossi, headed home to California for the mandatory European
Formula August break. The 18 year old Californian firmly en route to F1, paid honor and respect to an American motorsport legend, Dan Gurney, during the 2010
Rolex Motorsports Reunion, at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California.
Gurney is an American racing legend and the first driver to win races in Formula 1, NASCAR and IndyCar.The reunion included a showing of the Gurney
collection that his company, All American Racing built. Twenty Four (24) vintage pieces stole the show, including the red number 1 Ford MK IV that Gurney and
A.J. Foyt drove to victory in...

August break came at a nice time, and even better having won the last race in Hungary.
I love the racing life and all that it entails, living in Europe, experiencing different cultures, but nothing is like home. I have not been home to California since January. The first thing to do, is say hi to my buddies and to catch up with everyone.
Its sometimes funny when they ask me about my life because most of them have no idea what its all about. Most of them think that the motor sports world begins and ends with what little they know about NASCAR. I try to explain to them what I'm doing in sort of NASCAR language, as in the 17 car or the back end was loose. As my NASCAR dictionary is also pretty limited, we end up going round in...

Budapest, Hungary - August 3, 2010 - After a difficult start to the weekend, ART Grand Prix driver, Alexander Rossi grinds it out, scoring his 2nd convincing GP3 Series victory, Sunday from pole. The American led the entire event capitalizing on pole position for round 12 after finishing 8th in round 11 while supporting Formula 1 in Budapest, Hungary.
"After some misfortune this season it was good to have a nice, clean run on Sunday and grab my second win," said Rossi. "It was a bit of a relief for everyone involved in my career. We needed it, and the ART car allowed me to do my job. This was the perfect momentum shift for the rest of the season."
"Alexander did a good job this weekend following a difficult...
